Refund policy
- REFUNDS: There are no refunds granted for any items.
- CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS: Custom items, including TLYC merch, can be replaced if there is an issue with the garment (incorrectly printed, damaged, poorly constructed, etc.). Please send photos of the damaged items to tlyarncrafts@gmail.com to a resolution. Due to their custom nature, items cannot be exchanged if you purchased the wrong size. Please refer to product dimensions before purchase.
- DIGITAL ITEMS: Digital items cannot be refunded. If you have trouble accessing a digital item that you purchased, please email contact@tlycblog.com.
